Services I Offer

Initially, we meet on a complimentary, exploratory basis, to determine if coaching is right for you. I'll ask and learn about your situation…and what you would want to achieve through coaching. I'll provide a sampling of my coaching process. We'll establish a dialogue. I'll ask thought-provoking questions and make succinct, truthful statements…some of which may be difficult for you to hear….but that which you need to hear…what your friends, colleagues, and coworkers are reluctant to say. As your coach, I'll also be your advocate, your sounding board, and your cheerleader.

I offer coaching sessions either in person, or over the telephone. If coaching via telephone, I offer the first two sessions in person, to strengthen the coach-client relationship. My standard coaching sessions are 1 hour in person, and 45 minutes via telephone. I can alter these time frames to fit your schedule, circumstances, and needs.

In keeping with my client-centered approach, my services can be fit to your particular wishes, schedule, and circumstances.
